This video was incredibly tough. I actually gave it some thought, and decided to go with a top twenty. However, as that was being produced, I simply couldn't fully commit to a top twenty, and knocked it down to a top ten instead. Suplexes have been a part of wrestling for a long, long time, and as with just about every other type of move in wrestling, eventually variations started popping up, from the simplistic to the rather complicated. However, almost all were brutal. Even today, Suplexes are still used extensively, and many of these variations are still used as finishing moves today, showing just how effective they are.

Rocklin, CA - Thaddeus Cox, a 6'2" 205 Pound (lb) 9th Grader at Whitney High School wrestling on the Junior Varsity Team for Whitney High School at the Pioneer Valley League (PVL) Championships Thursday, February 12, 2009. The video contains two of his pins, including a full suplex of a 235 pounder. Thaddeus also played for the Whitney High School Football Team and was awarded Lineman of the Year on the Freshman team (who finished undefeated) and was then moved up to the Varsity Team who finished undefeated and won the section title. In 8th grade, Thaddeus played Football, Basketball, Wrestled to the NorCal Tournament of Champions after winning Placer County and the Norcal Regionals. He then also played Volleyball where his team finished 26-0. In 7th grade, he also won the league by throwing the shotput 37 feet. He maintains a perfect grade point average in 8 honors classes as a Freshman. He will finish his UC Berkeley Math and Foreign Language requirements in his Freshman year.
