A DREAM came true for one lucky Tiverton girl, as she was crowned the carnival queen for 2009.After 200 votes were cast and counted for the seven queen hopefuls, Nikitta Moses, 10, came out on top and was crowned by the mayor, Cllr Paul Graham, at the British Legion Memorial hall on Saturday, with Kailey Goldsworthy finishing as runner up. Tom Jones remained carnival king as he was unopposed.
