Here is a traditional ancient old old as time Cricket Painting. I created this about six thousand years ago with nothing more than some beech ash and the hairs from a swans nose to make a paintbrush, in a past life, when I was a Chinese Water Vole. Swimming along one day I thought it would be nice to paint the portrait of a very good friend of mine, Jiminy, And here it is all these years later. It's a Cricket. What can I say? Chinese painting?
